Appoint a Real Estate Agent

Back to Selling

You can sell a property yourself but there are many tasks you would need to complete.

It is common for a seller to appoint a real estate agent to perform this task. A real estate agent possesses skills and knowledge of the relevant market and will have a network of buyers.

A Sales Agency Agreement isn’t something your conveyancer would normally be involved with. This is an agreement between you and your Real Estate Agent which it comes to selling your property.

To learn more about the Sales Agency Agreements, we recommend you visit the Real Estate Institute South Australia (REISA) page here.
